Q: What if we want to change something completely or do different wood species or colors that we don’t see listed here?
A: Contact us! We’ll get you in touch with our parent store and a salesperson to help you completely customize your furniture! We built this site to simplify the Amish Furniture buying process and are only showing curated collections of our best selling styles and colors.
Q: How long does it take to get our furniture?
A: Standard build times are listed for each product. That’s going to be the average amount of time the builder estimates it takes to get the product built and ready for you. At that point it gets picked up by the shipping companies we work with and they call and schedule your delivery when they get their routes planned out.
Q: What if we don’t like what we receive or it comes damaged?
A: Refer to our refunds and returns policy page, that has all the information in detail on how that will be handled and what we can help you with!
Q: Where is our furniture built?
A: All our furniture is made by Amish craftsmen in Indiana or Ohio. They’re small, family run workshops each building their own styles or collections of furniture.
Q: What if I need help figuring out my order?

Q: What if I need to cancel my order?
A: You have four days from the time you place your order to cancel. After that it will have been put into production and we can’t cancel it without charging a restocking fee.
